we are always looking for passionate Gen Z professionals, creatives, and students to join our volunteer team. our roles are hands-on, community-centered, and a real opportunity to build your portfolio while doing work that actually matters.
current volunteer roles:
community organizer : show up across GZT's platforms and use your own to help grow our audience and bring new people into the community
events manager : support the planning, promotion, and on-site execution of GZT's signature events
content & strategy coordinator help build out GZT's content pipeline across Instagram and TikTok
communications lead — run our monthly newsletter next move by GZT, curate job leads, and share your stories.

the opportunity to grow into a stipend-based paid role based on performance
these are volunteer positions with a minimum commitment of 3 hours per week. positions are filled on a rolling basis.

Gen Z refers to anyone born between 1997 and 2012, making our community roughly 18–27 years old. that said, if you're a young professional or student who resonates with what we're building. you belong here regardless of the exact year on your birth certificate.
